Massage Prices in Istanbul: Our Full 2026 List — Lila Spa

Ask what a massage costs in Istanbul and you will get answers ranging from ₺1,000 to ₺8,000 — which is technically true and practically useless. The spread comes from three things: the neighbourhood (a room in Nişantaşı costs its owner several times what a room in Bağcılar does), the venue type (hotel spa, tourist hammam, or neighbourhood salon) and the honesty of the quote.

Here is our complete list, with nothing withheld. Every figure below is what you pay at the till; there are no compulsory tips, no room charges and no upgrades discovered mid-session. If a price is not on this page, it does not exist at our salon.

The full 2026 price list

Combinations are billed as the sum of their parts — hammam plus a classic massage is ₺1,800 + ₺2,000, with no package surcharge and no hidden discount either. What you see is what is added.

The morning offer: sessions from ₺1,200

Every day between 10:00 and 13:00, massage sessions start from ₺1,200. This is not a reduced or shortened service: the same therapists, the same rooms, the same durations. It exists because mornings are our quietest hours and we would rather fill them at a lower rate than leave rooms empty.

Who uses it? Shift workers coming off a night, retired guests who prefer quiet hours, parents with school-hour windows, freelancers with flexible schedules — and visitors to Istanbul, who often have mornings free before sightseeing. Capacity is limited, so message us a day ahead to secure a morning slot. For anyone testing a premium style for the first time — hot stone, for instance — booking it in the morning band is by far the smartest way to try it.

How our prices compare across the city

A fair comparison, based on published rates around the city rather than marketing claims. Five-star hotel spas: single massages commonly ₺4,000-7,000; packages above ₺10,000. A significant share of that is the hotel's brand and location. Historic tourist hammams: scrub-and-foam rituals typically ₺2,500-4,000, with massage sold as a short add-on. Neighbourhood salons: from ₺1,500, though hygiene standards, therapist certification and facilities vary widely at the lower end.

We sit deliberately in the middle: hotel-standard rooms, certified staff and a full facility list (hammam, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi) at neighbourhood prices, because we do not pay central-district rent. That single structural fact is the entire explanation for our pricing — there is no other trick, and no quality shortcut behind it.

What is included in every session

Regardless of which line you pick from the list, the following are always included: a private treatment room with the door closed; fresh towels, table linen and face-cradle cover changed for you; disposables; oils appropriate to the session and to your skin sensitivity; a pre-session consultation about pressure, sensitive areas and health notes; shower facilities; herbal tea afterwards; and unhurried time to come round at the end. Wi-Fi and a lockable locker for your belongings are standard.

What is not included, because it does not exist here: compulsory service charges, mandatory gratuities, "premium oil" upgrades sold mid-session, or pressure to buy packages. Tipping is entirely optional and never implied. If you enjoyed your session, the most valuable thing you can leave is a review and a recommendation.

Payment, gifts and corporate bookings

Payment: cash and all major debit and credit cards, settled after the session. No deposit is required to hold a booking, including for VIP and hammam blocks. Foreign cards are accepted; prices are quoted in Turkish lira.

Gift records: we open flexible-date gift bookings on WhatsApp — you specify the recipient and either a session type or an amount, and we prepare a printable gift note. Records are valid for three months and the recipient chooses their own day. This is the most-requested option for anniversaries and birthdays. Corporate: we arrange consecutive appointment blocks for teams, flexible per-person records and corporate invoicing. Message us with the number of people and a preferred day for a proposal the same day.

Getting the best value from our list

Three practical strategies our regulars use. One — use the morning band (10:00-13:00, from ₺1,200): the single biggest saving available, and identical in quality. Two — build combinations rather than repeat visits: a hammam plus massage block in one appointment delivers more than two separate short visits, and the heat preparation makes the massage itself more effective. Three — book a rhythm rather than emergencies: tension caught early takes less work to release, which means shorter, cheaper sessions do more. Guests who come every 10-14 days consistently report needing less intense (and therefore less costly) work over time.

And one honest note about the cheapest option in the city: if a quoted price seems far below everything else, ask what is behind it — therapist certification, linen policy, room privacy. Value is price divided by what you actually receive, and in this trade the denominator varies far more than the numerator.

Questions about prices

Is the price per person or per session? Per person, except the couples massage, where ₺4,500 covers both guests. The VIP package is priced for one person unless arranged as a couples format.

Are there hidden extras? No. The figure quoted at the entrance is the figure you pay at the exit. Combinations are the sum of listed items, stated before you book.

Do you offer discounts or packages? The morning band (10:00-13:00, from ₺1,200) is our standing offer. We do not sell multi-session packages — we prefer that you return because you want to, not because you prepaid.

Can I pay with a foreign card? Yes, major international debit and credit cards are accepted. Prices are charged in Turkish lira.

Is tipping expected? No. Tipping is optional and never implied by our team.

Do children or students get a reduced rate? Our salon serves adult guests. The morning band is the most accessible rate for everyone, including students.

How much should I budget for a full spa day? A hammam plus massage block runs from about ₺3,000-3,800 (more with a premium massage). The all-inclusive VIP package is ₺5,000.
